VAT will be applied to your order for the relevant country your order ships from. You will see the VAT amount included in the products as you navigate through the site.
Telephone, Postal Mail, Fax, or Email Orders
Shopatron cannot accept orders by Telephone, Postal Mail, Fax, or Email at this time.
If you cannot use our convenient online shopping catalog, it is probably due to an outdated browser. Please note: for viewing content and placing orders on our web site, we recommend using the most recent versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator, Opera, FireFox, or Safari.
We do not accept credit card numbers delivered by email. Sending credit card numbers by email is not secure and should never be practiced.
COD Orders
Shopatron cannot accept COD orders at this time.
Shipping and Handling Charges
To get your order to you as quickly as possible, we may need to split it into multiple shipments. As you check out, you can select whether or not to allow us to split your order. A nominal additional shipping fee is applied to a split package.
If you do not want your order to possibly have a small additional shipping fee. please make sure to select "Single Package." Otherwise we will split your orders into 2 packages if that is the fastest way to get your order to you.

Katadyn DE Flat Rate (Katadyn & Optimus): Shipping Charges are EUR 6.00 within Germany, and EUR 15.00 outside of Germany
Trek n Eat Flat Rate: Shipping Charges are EUR 6.00 within Germany, and EUR 15.00 outside of Germany
Katadyn Produkte AG only ships within Switzerland
Katadyn CH Flat Rate: Shipping Charges are CHF 7.50
Katadyn United Kingdom only ships within the United Kingdom
Katadyn UK Flat Rate: Shipping Charges are GBP 5.00
In the very unlikely event that shipping charges will be higher than originally estimated, you will be notified by email before charges are made to the credit card.
Some items are not available for shipment across borders. Please check products for shipping notes as you shop to ensure they can be shipped internationally. In general, very large items and hazardous chemicals (fuel) cannot be sent across borders. Countries that are not listed in our checkout process are not available for receiving Shopatron orders.
